Studio — Web app · CMS. The in-house CMS of the Lumos sites: articles, products, photos and video, pages and sections for every site, a publishing calendar, quote requests and automations. It opens only from the internal panel, which is why it has no public link. Internal tool, no public access.
Cerere — Web · Public services. Generate official requests to Romanian public institutions for free: answer a few questions and get a draft request ready to print or send by email. 101 kinds of requests, no account; what you type stays in your browser.
Anticipat — Web · Personal finance. Five free calculators for your loan: early repayment (a shorter term or a lower installment, with commission), an extra payment every month, closing the loan, a payment plan and refinancing. Charts, a PDF report, a CSV export and a link with your figures. An indicative calculation, no account; your figures are not saved.
Apocalink — Web · Crisis preparedness. Guides for disasters, crises and extreme situations that also work offline: 36 guides citing official sources, in nine crisis categories, an Emergency Mode with the 112 number, and a map of more than 4,900 civil-protection shelters, mountain refuges and caves from OpenStreetMap. General information; it does not replace the emergency services.
Scam Alert — Web · Online safety. Paste a text message, a link or a message you received and find out, for free, whether it looks like a known scam, why, and what to do next. The checker works on rules (imitated brands, link tricks, scam patterns in Romanian and English), with no AI, and the message is not saved. Also: a guide with 11 kinds of scams, a 60-second test, the steps to take after a scam, and reports that do not change the verdict until the team confirms them. Information, not legal advice; “no signs found” does not mean “safe”.
FonduRO — Web · Funding. Funding programs in Romania in one place: European funds, government programs and grants, for businesses, NGOs, local authorities and individuals. Every program carries its official source and the date it was checked, and one that was not checked in the last 90 days is not shown as open. It includes a calendar of deadlines, with an export to your own calendar, a quick guide and a glossary. Informational: you apply to the institution that runs the program.
TaxaRO — Web · Taxes. Tax calculators for sole traders (PFA), companies (SRL), NGOs and personal income (rent, dividends, investments), in Romanian and English. The figures are read on official texts (ANAF, the Fiscal Code), with the source and date on every row, and the tax calendar works out the deadlines from rules and exports them to your own calendar. It includes guides for real situations, a glossary and VAT, salary, dividend and late-payment calculators. Informational: it does not replace an accountant.
ROptimizaRE — Web · Data journalism. Where public money is lost in Romania and what other EU states did: analyses based on official sources (Eurostat, the European Commission, the National Institute of Statistics, the Fiscal Council, the Ministry of European Investments), every figure linked to the original document with the assumptions in plain view. It has proposals attributed to the institutions that made them, interactive tools and a county map. Petitions and citizen reports open after moderation.
Discovery — Web app · Requirements gathering. The tool we use to gather a project's details from a client in a structured way: live, on a tablet, during the conversation, or through a link the client fills in alone on a phone. It has flows for websites, automations, 3D printing, laser engraving, DTF printing, drones and product ideas. Answers save themselves, files go straight to storage and are checked, and everything is moderated in the Studio before it becomes a project. Entry is by invitation only (a link by email), which is why it has no public link. Internal tool, no public access.
Dashboard — Web app · Control panel. The control panel of every Lumos site and app: the state of each one (running, online, errors on pages and in the browser), security, quality and SEO, packages, backups, keys and secrets, indexing in Google and Bing, maintenance from a single switch, the release plan and the launch calendar, plus a price-quote calculator. It runs only on our own computer, with email, password and 2FA sign-in, which is why it has no public link. Internal tool, no public access.
Atlas — Web app · Ecosystem memory. The memory of the Lumos Studio ecosystem in one place: every project, site, service, reusable component, check routine and internal tool, linked in a map (in rings or as a tree) and in an index where everything written in the documents, plans and decisions can be searched. Each project's launch score comes from the audit, not from estimates; keys appear only as metadata, never their values. Claude Code reads it at the start of every session and can write decisions into it. It is part of our control panel and runs only on our own computer, which is why it has no public link. Internal tool, no public access.
AirSpot — Web · Drones. A flight-zone map of Romania for drone pilots, with the ROMATSA zones and restrictions read live, the border and the counties, a “Can I fly here?” on any point, flying weather with a recommendation score and 49 spots with the approvals you need (parks, monuments, administrations). No account and free; the pilot account comes later. Informational: the decision to fly is the pilot’s.
Straja — Web · Fraud prevention. A fraud-prevention layer for crypto on-ramp checkouts: instead of only screening the destination address, Straja reads the behavior of the checkout session (long idle gaps, tab switches, a pasted address, a new account) and recognizes a person being coached live to send money. It never blocks anyone: when needed it offers a short conversation and a hold of 24 hours at most, which the user can cancel alone. Built for a hackathon; the site is in English.
